    Here at Woodlands Dental Practice we appreciate your frustration at having such limited access to dental services during this pandemic. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience.


    We’re trying our best to continue to deliver a patient-friendly service and we want to explain what’s in place to ensure people most in need can get treatment.


    A new patient engagement group has been inputting into our policies and processes and it is proving invaluable in getting us to consider issues from many perspectives.


    The first focus has been on how we can best prioritise patients to reduce our waiting list. We are currently working on how we can improve our triaging system and we will update you on that soon.
