    Online Booking – Important Information

Please do not book an appointment here if it has been more than 2 years since your last visit.

NHS patients are not formally registered with a practice.

They are considered NHS patients of the practice only while undergoing a course of treatment. We are currently aiming to offer NHS care to patients who have attended for an NHS examination or treatment within the last two years, subject to capacity.

Appointments booked by patients who have not attended within the last 2 years will be cancelled,

incorrect bookings waste valuable staff time and may delay care for others.

If you would like to rejoin the practice, please click here.

If you have been seen at the practice within the last two years, you may book either:

    a routine examination

    a problem appointment

Problem appointments are intended for non‑urgent issues such as broken teeth, lost crowns or lost fillings.

Please do not book a problem appointment to complete outstanding treatment as this will not be sufficient time.

All appointment availability is shown online only.

The system displays our next available appointment, and our reception team can see the same availability.

Please do not call to request an earlier appointment, as our phone lines are extremely busy.

If you book a problem appointment and we are able to provide treatment on the day,

you are likely to be charged an NHS Band 2 fee.
